What JobsPuzzle does

JobsPuzzle aggregates publicly-visible job listings from third-party boards and helps you apply faster - by generating tailored cover letters (Pro mode) or by drafting WhatsApp / email / phone applications (Worker mode).

What you pay for

We charge for our AI services (CV scanning, error detection, tailoring, cover-letter generation, translation). We never charge for the job listings themselves - those are aggregated from public sources.

Your responsibility

• The information you provide (name, WhatsApp number, skills) must be your own and accurate.
• You are responsible for reviewing each application before sending. JobsPuzzle never sends on your behalf.
• Do not use the service for spam or abusive contact of employers.
• AI-generated content (cover letters, tailored CVs, suggestions) can contain mistakes - review everything before you send it. You are the author of what you submit.
• Stay scam-safe: legitimate employers never ask you to pay, hand over bank card details, or send ID documents to apply. If a listing does, do not proceed - report it to us.

Ownership & intellectual property

JobsPuzzle - including its software, AI prompts, design, branding, text, and overall structure - is owned by JobsPuzzle and is protected by copyright and other laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own job search only. No other rights are granted, expressly or by implication.

What you may not do

• Copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, AI prompts, or underlying logic of the service.
• Resell, sublicense, rent, redistribute, or otherwise commercialise the service or any part of it.
• Build a competing or derivative product based on the service or its design.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data, content, or job listings from the service.
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with usage limits, security, or access controls.

Third-party content

Job listings are owned by their respective boards / employers. JobsPuzzle does not warrant their accuracy. If you spot a fake or scam listing, please report it via the in-app button (coming soon) or email support@jobspuzzle.com.

Limits

To protect against mass-blast, JobsPuzzle caps daily applications and AI generations per user. Excessive or automated use, or any attempt to copy or misuse the service, may result in account suspension.

Payments & refunds

Prices are always shown before you pay. If you buy a paid plan as an EU consumer, you have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal; by starting to use paid features immediately you consent to immediate performance, and any refund may reflect what you already used. You can cancel anytime - cancelling stops future charges. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Service provided "as is"

JobsPuzzle is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any application will lead to an interview or a job, that listings are accurate or still open, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobsPuzzle is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (including lost income or lost job opportunities) arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or €50 if you paid nothing).

Eligibility, termination & changes

• You must be at least 16 years old to use JobsPuzzle.
• You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and we may update these terms - material changes are reflected in the "Last updated" date above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
